Collected data
Only the data provided by the User through the contact form will be processed such as: name, address and- email, telephone number and any information spontaneously provided in the messages section, if they fall within the definition of personal data (see art.4, c. 1, n.1 GDPR). Purpose and legal basis
The purpose of the processing in question is to respond to requests for assistance or generic information produced by the User. The legal basis for the processing of personal data for the above purposes is art. 6.1.b) of the Regulation in how much the processing is necessary for the response of requests from the interested party. The provision of personal data for these purposes it is optional and any refusal would only result in the impossibility of being able to provide service.

Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f)
The owner, if necessary, is entitled to process the data to assert or defend a right in court and to allow any technical interventions to guarantee safety and correctness functioning of the website.

Recipients
The request will be handled by the office selected by the User, by persons authorized and instructed by the data controller (pursuant to Article 29 of the Regulations) as necessary to carry out strictly related activities to provide the services requested by the User and committed to confidentiality.

Data retention
Personal data processed exclusively for the purposes illustrated in this document will be kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve those same purposes, in compliance with the principles of minimization e limitation of conservation pursuant to art. 5.1.e) of the Regulations.

Data transfer
Personal data are not subject to disclosure and are not transferred outside the EEA (Spezio Economico European). The Cloud service used for data storage is provided by OVH which has its own server farm within the EU and therefore complies with the binding requirements of the GDPR.

Rights of the interested party
Pursuant to articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR, the interested party has the right to request, at any time, access to your personal data, rectification or cancellation of the same or to oppose their treatment. He also has the right to request the limitation of processing in the cases provided for by art. 18 of the GDPR, as well as to obtain the data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device concerning him, in the cases provided for by art. 20 of the GDPR.

The User can make a request for opposition to the processing of his data pursuant to Article 21 of Regulation in which to give evidence of the reasons justifying the opposition. The Owner reserves the right to evaluate the application, which would not be accepted if there are compelling legitimate reasons to proceed to the treatment that the interests, rights and freedoms of the applicant prevail.

In any case, the Customer, as an interested party, always has the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority of competent Control (Guarantor for the Protection of Personal Data), pursuant to art. 77 of Regulation, if you believe that the processing of your Personal Data is contrary to the law current.
